I love to snack.. However, I don\'t love it when it goes to my thighs. Any healthy choices for snacks?

I always keep a thing of grapes or some other fruit near me. I just like to munch for whatever reason, especially crisps! But, I know the the grapes are a lot better for me. Haha

When I crave something sweet I eat dried friut. I know it´s quite a lot of suger in that as well, but much better than chrisps, sockies or sweets.
