A friend of mine has asked me to post this up in hope she can get some decent information/reassurance - her little one isnt speaking or making much noise or commotion at all..shes a bit worried about it, but is it enough to go to the doctor and see if he can help?

tell her not to worry chick, if hes in a friendly environment and has speech around him, he'll break out of it!
