which are better for your eyes?

contacts or glasses. it is time for my appointment and I can't afford both. lol so I have to decide to get a new glass prescription or new cotnacts. what do you think?

well, i wear contact lenses that are thrown away each month, i just prefer them to glasses for their look, im not a great fan of glasses, but at nights the eyes still need to breathe so lenses come out and glasses go on after work each day.
