what do your extended families do for gifts?

I have apretty big extended family and it gets expensive buying gifts fro all of my nieces and nephews. does anybody have any suggestions on what we can do to make it a little bit cheaper this year?

erm, i cant think of a really quick fix, but for buying cheaper things if you still want to give them all presents?
