We eat cereals, but this morning I had a look on the side of the package and realised how much sugar that it actually contains. Don´t think it´s good for my five years old to get used to that much sugar and it´s definately not the ideal start of the day. Though it´s abt time to change the habbit, but what´s actually a good alternative?? xxx
well isn´t the best breakfast that you can have porridge, just a shame that it´s not really tasty. eat it sometimes but then I almost have more jam then porridge and then the whole thing of being health just vanishes. lololo healthy and yummy doesn´t really go hand in hand according to me. xxx
