I am in my 3rd trimester and I want to cry, my back hurts so bad. I would gladly go back to the morning sickness if I could ease ma back a little bit. Do you have any things that might help me? Please?
always sleep on your back with a pillow between your legs. also, if you sit with your legs crossed (that is the main way that I sit) you might want to stop until after the baby arrives. It can cause pressure on lower back, making it hurt even more
