Don't let her get away with it now or she will always do so. What I would suggest, when you are about to phone or talk to a friend, tell her what you are going to do and tell ehr taht she is not to interrupt you. Then, sit her down and give her something to do. If she tries to interrupt you, just point back to where she is supposed to be. Then, ignore her. It worked with mine.
