Head Banging?

My son is 14 months and, whenever he gets upset he bangs his head against things? What is this abou?! Is it common? My eldest never did anything like this. I am scared to death that he is going to hurt himself. Help!!

Don't worry about it too much. It is very weird but a lot of babies go through this stage, but the y all grow out of it.
