A study of around 100 pregnant women showed that large doses of fish ols dramatically improved hand-eye coordination of the babies they subsequently gave birth too. Do you believe it makes a difference to your children's development or do you just believe you should trust your body and listen to what it wants? - very often it just wants cake though :) Obviously you don't go out on a pub crawl, but how far should you go to adjust your diet? Does it even make that much difference as long as it healthy? What do you think - invaluable or a load of rubbish?
