Sport in no taboo during pregnancy, but you shouldn't go over board either. Anything that you enjoy and boosts your well-being can, in principle, not be bad for you or your child. How do you stay fit during pregnancy? Share your tips!

I went for a walk everyday....relaxing and it cleared my head
